LED Therapy

LED (light-emitting diode) light therapy is a non-invasive skin treatment that uses skin-safe, low-level light in different wavelengths and colors. These different wavelengths and colors enter the skin at different depths, making this therapy useful to treat a variety of skin conditions and concerns, including:

  • Eczema

  • Hair loss

  • Mild to moderate acne

  • Psoriasis

  • Actinic keratosis (Rough, scaly, precancerous spots on the skin)

  • Rosacea

  • Sun damage

  • Wounds

  • Wrinkles

At LéhCär Aesthetics, LED Therapy is often used in conjunction with other treatments to give you the best results.

Fun Fact: LED lights have been available since the 1960s, but only became of interest in healing skin in the 90s when NASA began studying LED’s effects in promoting wound healing in astronauts by helping cells and tissues grow.
